Appointment Policy:
Appointment canceled within 24
Hours or less notice or no-shows, will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost.
A $50.00 Down Payment is required at booking for the following services:

Lash Extension Full Sets
Down payments are applied to your service total on the day of your appointment.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our service providers, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot always be filled.

Salon Policy:
Children at Appointments
To ensure a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for all clients and stylists, children are not permitted at appointments unless they are accompanied and continuously supervised by a responsible adult who is not receiving services.
Unattended children may create safety risks and can result in damage to professional tools, personal belongings, and salon equipment. The salon is not responsible for injury or damage caused by unsupervised children.
If adequate supervision is not provided, the appointment may be rescheduled or ended early.
